ABOUT ALEAH, CEO & FOUNDER

I’m a creative, through & through.

Seriously, I have two theatre degrees! And you know what that mean for you and your aspiring or established business?

It means I’m a trained pro at storytelling, building compelling creations and communities that draw people in, and helping others do the same. Being a professional actor since age 18, I’ve got 8 years of study in the theatre world under my belt, including a Bachelor’s, completing a competitive Acting Internship, and a Master’s. I also bring 13 years of administrative experience, 9 years of website design experience, and 7 years of social media management and marketing experience to the table.

Bottom line, I have an honorary PhD in People!

R3 Creative was formed through my passion for helping folks level up and reach their goals. Established in 2022, I started as a virtual assistant and quickly began mentoring other VAs and online service providers as they kept asking how I was attracting aligned clients, getting my clients amazing results, and how I scaled my business so quickly.
